Introduction
The core construction of TRIZIP Standing Seam Roofing System is the point-supported metal Roofing System, which is based on the special design of roof standing ribs seaming technics. This design is mainly applied at the long-span self-supporting roofing/wall system.
The Roof panels are connected by the aluminium alloy fixed supports and the locking of the ribs of panels to form a closed tight connection. No perforations can be seen on the roof, because the supports are hidden under the panels. This kind of panels interlocking process does not need manpower, completely by the mechanical automatically, and the seamed & locked way of the roof edge and clip can well solve the roof stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, the advantage of this roofing system is to make super long roof panel but without concern of the deformation incurred by the pressure of the roof.
